The brief from The Bethanie Group was to push the boundaries to enhance the dining amenity of retirement living.
In order to co-ordinate with the marketing launch of the new Bethanie on the Park Apartments, this project required a short time frame and a need to create maximum impact from the project budget, to add value to the residents dining experience.
HTS revolutionised the meal delivery system typical of retirement facilities, by incorporating specialised equipment and processes, and then translated this concept through design to deliver a restaurant style dining experience that catered to the needs and expectations of the consumer.
Hospitality Total Services provided The Bethanie Group with hospitality consultancy, architectural foodservice design, client side project management, collaborative interior design, and business operational improvement assistance to convert the existing dining space into a contemporary restaurant style servery with a meal delivery system that achieved the brief and improved the dining experience for the residents.
