The Rechabite Gets the Go Ahead

Hospitality Total Services is proud to be involved in assisting Marcus Canning and Adrian Fini’s new company Happy Heart achieve their Liquor Licensing Approval for Perth’s newest heritage redevelopment.

Mr Canning commented, “We’ve got some great people working on this architectural resurrection project who are all thrilled to be given the green light to get geared up and going,” following the grant of the Development Approval for the 1920’s Northbridge Hall which will once again play a significant role in the social life of Northbridge.

The Rechabite’s Hall has played its role over the last century as a venue for balls, dance exhibitions, church services, conferences, annual meetings, school productions and an election polling. Happy Heart’s restoration will allow the space to be enjoyed once more by West Australians and our visitors.

The refurbishment includes a basement bar and performance space, food service at ground level, a primary performance space and backstage facilities in the main hall, as well as a small bar and rooftop terrace bar.

The Hospitality Total Services Team wishes Adrian and Marcus the best of luck in Perths new arts and cultural bar and live entertainment venue.
